It climbs higher and higher like a roller coaster ride slowly reaching the top and then its a real wild ride downhill. Clapton is pretty angry here as he was in NSU. At the end all is quiet.

I like very sweet wine. I tried one I liked; it was a reisling. Therefore I thought all reislings would be sweet so I tried another reisling but it was so dry ( I would have known ahead of time had I read the bottle)

There is really only one wine I drink and like, it's a Moscato d'Asti. Very sweet, likely due to the lower alcohol content. 5.5%
I tried a few Rieslings and one called "Relax"; WAY too dry! I could barely drink it. I don't know if I keep getting the really dry ones, or if I just dislike the taste of alcohol, but definitely give the one above a try.

My sister in law is from Barcelona, Spain. She said that you can use any good red wine. The trick is not the sweet wine but the sweet things that you put into it. Like 7-up, real fruit juice and then the fruits with orange and lemon slices. You cannot get more authentic than someone from Spain. LOL

I like sweet and not to strong wine, I’ve tried the Italy Bluestone White Zinfandel and that was to strong and not that sweet. Any recommendations for the new year?
I recommend trying Fetzer Reisling or Gewurztraminer. The latter one is particularly sweet.
Allegro Moscato is another one that you should try. It’s in a large bottle that almost looks like a Galliano bottle. Quite sweet.
